Frank Lampard was denied a first win as Chelsea manager as Bohemians got a late equaliser in their pre-season friendly in Dublin.
Michy Batshuayi scored what looked like the only goal of the game when he netted in the eighth minute but it was cancelled out by Eric Molloy late on.
Lampard took charge of his first ever game as Blues boss following the departure of Maurizio Sarri last month.
They took on Bohemians at Dalymount Park in Dublin for their opening pre-season friendly of the summer.
He named a different XI in both halves with plenty of youngsters getting their opportunity.
The likes of Ethan Ampadu, Marc Guehi, Conor Gallagher, Dujon Sterling and Kasey Palmer were given a chance alongside seasoned pros such as Willy Caballero, Cesar Azpilicueta and Danny Drinkwater.

It took Chelsea just eight minutes to grab the first goal when Michy Batshuayi collected Kenedy’s deflected shot, turned his marker and fired in.
The solitary goal looked to be enough for Frank Lampard’s side as they did not manage to score for the rest of the match but Bohemian’s Molloy grabbed a late goal to make it 1-1.
The Blues have another game in Dublin on Saturday against St Patrick’s Athletic before flying to Japan to face Barcelona.
