Juventus are leading the race to sign Tottenham full-back Danny Rose, according to reports.
The defender was axed from Mauricio Pochettino’s pre-season tour to Singapore and China last week so the club could ‘explore prospective opportunities with other clubs’.
PSG were immediately instilled as front-runners to sign the 29-year-old, with German side Schalke 04 also showing interest in the England international.
However, according to the Daily Mirror, Italian champions Juventus are now at the front of queue to sign Rose as Maurizio Sarri continues to strengthen his squad ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.
The ex-Chelsea boss has already secured the signings of Adrien Rabiot, Aaron Ramsey, Matthijs De Ligt, Gianluigi Buffon, Merih Demiral, Luca Pellegrini and Cristian Romero this summer but has no plans of stopping there.
Spurs value Rose at around £20m and it is believed Alex Sandro will remain the first choice left-back in the starting team.

Rose has been linked with a move away from Spurs frequently over the past few transfer windows after he questioned the club’s transfer policy in an unauthorised interview two years ago.
He made his way back into the first-team last season, however, appearing 37 times in all competitions as the north London club secured a top-four place and finished runners-up in the Champions League.
It is believed Daniel Levy is looking to move on players to free up space in their transfer budget, with Kieran Trippier joining Atletico Madrid for £20m last week and Vincent Janssen reportedly close to a move to Mexican side Monterrey.
